Wow after a hard day standing on concrete floors. Some days my back is aching and in pain. My massager is 110 household current voltage plug in. Or cigarette lighter for on the go. But honest I do not recommend using while driving. It has rotation of balls to familiarize to massager hands and fists. After 10 minutes using this. My neck and back felt much better. This is 1 item that will never leave my home. ITS A KEEPER Did receive this for my testing experiences. #Pro
