I do have another locket, but now it has broken. The hinge type was not safe for wearing. So my new locket is a screw off face type. It is not an easy task. But I will not complain ever. After losing all my charms before. So now I know for 100% fact my charms are safe. The chain is made of crosses. Which has with stood myself wearing to dinner and out to lunch a few occasions. My chain connects to my locket with a lobster clip to allow to dangle on my chest. The length is great for my shirt neckline or a dress. It is not a heavyweight feeling to wear longer than few hours. I do not wear my special jewelry out for daily, only special occasions. My friends gave compliments the entire dinner.
