We do not like frozen pizza. Nor the price of buying out. So making homemade is healthier. Also my pizza peel has a foldable handle for storage. Does cut back on washing a old pizza pan by scrubbing before each use too. Can wash up quickly or put in dishwasher. Have not seen any rust on my stainless steel peel.
